1. Sponsor: The sponsor of this giveaway is Pittsburgh Security Services LLC d/b/a Lexar Prints ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility: This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Lexar Prints and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules. You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.

4. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted starting on 5/10/2026 and ending on 5/31/2026 at 11:59 PM EST.

5. How to Enter: To enter, you must complete the following steps:

• Fill out the entry form at [lexarprints.com/giveaway](https://lexarprints.com/giveaway) with your Name, Email, and Mailing Address. (Phone number is optional).
• Double Opt-In Requirement: After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email. You must click the "Confirm Subscription" link in that email to validate your entry. Unconfirmed email addresses will not be entered into the drawing.

6. The Prize: The winner(s) will receive [Insert Prize Description, e.g., One Custom 3D Printed Helmet Stand] (approximate retail value: $[Insert Value]). No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non-transferable.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. The winner will be notified via the email address provided within five (5) days following the selection. Lexar Prints shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings.

8. Shipping: Prizes will be shipped to the mailing address provided at the time of entry. Sponsor is not responsible for prizes lost or stolen in transit or delivered to an incorrect address provided by the entrant. Sponsor is not responsible for items damaged during shipping,

9. Privacy Policy & Marketing: By entering, you understand that you are subscribing to the Lexar Prints email newsletter. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our emails. Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Lexar Prints website.

10. Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Pittsburgh Security Services LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.

11. Disputes: This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.
