Decide what belongs at the door

Start with the items you actually carry. Give frequently used keys a consistent peg rather than putting every spare set at the entrance. Use the tray for small items you need to collect together. Keep its contents limited to what you want to find on the next trip out.

Four pegs give you four hanging positions. They do not establish a weight rating or a promise that every bulky key ring will fit side by side. If you need to hang heavier items, ask Lexar Prints about your intended use before ordering.

Why the tray comes off

The tray lifts off the wall-mounted backplate. You can carry it to another surface to sort its contents or remove it for wiping. Leave space above the organizer so you can lift the tray without hitting a shelf or another wall decoration.

For a daily routine, return keys to their pegs when you come in & check the tray before you leave. If unrelated items keep collecting there, move them to their permanent storage spot so the tray stays useful.

Check the wall before installation

Mounting screws are included. The backplate uses keyhole openings. Lexar Prints tested the supplied screw type successfully in its own installation, but that does not establish suitability for your wall.

Check your wall construction & the fixing requirements before mounting. Anchor inclusion, screw count & load capacity are not specified in this guide. Do not assume the included screws alone suit drywall, masonry or every other surface. Ask Lexar Prints if you need more mounting information before buying.
